Dr. Nadia Carpanzano has proudly served on the Board of Directors for The Community Foundation of Will County since 2016. As a dedicated member of the grant committee, she finds great purpose in reviewing applications each year and ensuring that vital funding reaches organizations making a meaningful difference in the community. She is continually inspired by the collaboration, innovation, and determination of non-profit work throughout Will County.
A licensed chiropractor and small business owner, Dr. Nadia has operated Maplebrook Chiropractic in Naperville since 2011, where she provides compassionate, patient-centered care and promotes wellness for families across the region. Her dual role as both healthcare professional and business owner has deepened her appreciation for the importance of strong, healthy communities.
Beyond her professional work, Dr. Nadia is an engaged resident of Bolingbrook, where she lives with her husband, Michael Carpanzano (Village of Bolingbrook Trustee), and their two children, Luca and Mina. She is passionate about giving back to the place she calls home and takes pride in fostering opportunities that strengthen the future of Will County and beyond.

Jim Mallon is the Public and Government Affairs Manager at the ExxonMobil Joliet Refinery. Prior to this role, he was a Market Developer for the ExxonMobil Catalysts and Licensing business where he was responsible for marketing activities relating to the commercialization of ExxonMobil offers and several strategic partner relationships.
Before joining ExxonMobil, Jim held various commercial positions for BP as well as INEOS in Naperville and Houston. Earlier in his career, he held roles in engineering, technical sales, and SAP implementation.
Jim holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana and an MBA from Northwestern University. He is married with one incredible son that’s a college freshman.

Tyler is a St. Norbert College graduate with a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in communications and a JD from Marquette University Law School.
Active in his community, Tyler is a Community Foundation of Will County Professional Advisory Board member and serves on the Caritas Gala Committee for The University of St. Francis.
Tyler’s personal focus is spending time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys traveling, music, and movies. Also, having grown up in Kohler, Wisconsin, he is an avid golfer almost by default.
