Joliet Area Community Hospice (JACH) will honor this year’s Heart of Hospice Award recipients: The Community Foundation of Will County for recognizing the importance of hospice care for children and adults and for elevating the culture of philanthropy in Will County and Dr. J.D. Wright for compassionate, loving care given to hospice patients and for his dedication to JACH and the community.
